I'D LIKE TO CHANGE SOME THINGS BUT......

EMPOWERMENT TOOLBOX
Benefiddance requires you to trust your own intuition and practice allowing it to guide.
How many times have you said any of these things:
"Something told me" "I had a funny feeling" "I wish I had gone with my first mind" "I KNEW it!"
That was not "something" nor was it a "funny feeling" . That was your intuition and you failed to trust it.
Your first Benefiddance assignment:
RID yourself of the notion that you can't trust your intuition
BENEFIT yourself by naming it and speaking its truth: "My Intuition says/said"
PRACTICE allowing your intuition. Be still, get quiet and listen. Trust.
How SPIRITED is your soul?
Grab a scrap of paper, answer the questions and score them using the chart at the end.

JOURNEY: A process of development, a gradual passing from one state to another regarded as more advanced, such as moving from innocence to mature awareness

You can't change until you WANT to
Grab a notebook and jot down goals or desires for the points
Don't get the hammer if you want to cut wood - identify the areas you wish to work on and determine the tools you need to get the job done
You always have choices; fear is not a productive choice - learn to think things through with an open mind and be willing to let your inner wisdom lead you
Intention is critical - be clear about what you are doing and why
Stay focused on the outcomes you want and move towards them; don't become so attached
to the outcomes that you fail to see big picture
Fill your life with grace and beauty - get rid of things and people who do not add to your life; if someone isn't supportive, you probably don't need them
Develop and maintain a positive mindset - in difficult times, positivity will see you through; negativity won't
Fully develop inner peace - staying calm opens the way to free flowing thoughts and more purposeful actions
Expect the best for yourself simply because you deserve it!
will take place in your mind - your thoughts will become your actions that in turn 'create' your world. Grab a notebook.... --Anything about yourself you'd like to change--At least three things you'd like to accomplish--Anything that is in your way (holding you back)

Make a copy of what you wrote, place it in an envelope and seal it. Address the envelope to yourself. You may give it to someone who will mail it to you six months later. Or you may set a reminder to open it six months from now. When you open it , you can check your self development progress. At that time, you may wish to set new or additional goals. The ideal is to have someone else hold and mail the envelope. If you do it on your own, put the envelope out of sight and calendar the six month date.
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us.
We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of god. Your playing small doesn't serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.
We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.
It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And, as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
